Final Fantasy 7 Has Been Recreated in LittleBigPlanet

Little Big Planet is a puzzle-platformer game that relies on user-generated content for their expansive world. Final Fantasy 7 is well… Final Fantasy 7, the beloved and often considered overrated JRPG that help put PlaySation on the map. Avid PlayStation gamers will tell you that LBP makes you feel like a kid playing in a sandbox. It taps into your whimsical childhood imagination and gives you the tools to create nearly any type of game you can think of.

Many people have recreated levels of some of their favorite games. One gamer took it to another level recreating the entire Final Fantasy 7 game including story, side missions, cutscenes, bosses, etc. You name it, the game has it. The sountrack is there. The world map is there. Even the battle system is somehow incorporated. The original was a 25-50 hour game. It took Jamie Colliver 2 years to recreate a classic which can now be played on LBP2 and LBP3 on both PS3 and PS4.

For those who can’t wait for the FF7 remake, you can now enjoy exploring Gaia with Sackboy. Check out the video below.
